2. Service Description
Our service uses artificial intelligence to automatically detect and remove people from photograph backgrounds. While our AI achieves high accuracy, results may vary based on image quality and complexity.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and modify the images you upload. You must not upload images containing illegal content, copyrighted material you don't own, or content that violates others' privacy rights.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership and rights to your original images and processed results. Our AI technology and service interface are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. No compensation is provided for service interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from service use, including but not limited to data loss, processing errors, or business interruption.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for illegal activities, to process copyrighted content without permission, to create deepfakes or manipulated content for deception, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
